Measight DV2TLV is a heated small-sample rotational-viscometer configuration for viscosity measurements at elevated sample temperatures. The archived speed range is 0.1–200 rpm, with spindle Nos. 21, 27, 28 and 29 listed for the measuring system. Specify the actual test temperature, sample and cup/spindle combination so the heating package and usable viscosity range can be confirmed for the supplied revision.
Values apply to the stated configuration and test conditions.

Evaluate DV2TLV against the method for the heated sample, including loading, temperature equilibration and cleaning. A test on a hot-melt adhesive or wax needs confirmation of temperature capability and material compatibility; the product name alone is not proof that every heated sample or method is supported.
For a DV2TLV quotation, provide the sample, expected viscosity and unit, test temperature, required method, sample volume and reporting needs. State the destination power supply and quantity. Ask for an itemised spindle, container, temperature-equipment and software configuration, together with the available model-specific documents.
Request a configuration quoteThe archived measuring-system description lists 15–25 mL. Confirm the fill volume for the selected spindle and heated cup, including the loading and immersion procedure, before using that figure in a test plan.
Review sample conditioning, contact materials, temperature measurement and reading time first. Confirm any method-specific requirements and obtain the supplied operating and cleaning instructions before testing heated samples.
