LCD Digital Rotational Viscometer
Measight NDJ-8S is an LCD digital rotational viscometer for tests defined by a spindle, speed and sample temperature. Its listed speed settings are 0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30 and 60 rpm. The catalog spindle set is Nos. 1–4, with a No. 0 option for lower-viscosity work. Specify the instrument revision, container and temperature accessories when choosing a configuration.

Optional accessories include a circulating thermostatic water bath, a matching double-wall sample cup and a No. 0 low-viscosity adapter. Confirm the probe type and temperature range for the supplied instrument.

Does the NDJ-8S standard spindle set cover the lowest listed viscosity?
The lowest catalog values may require the optional No. 0 spindle or matching low-viscosity adapter. Quote the spindle and container together, and confirm the usable range at the required speed; the overall instrument range is not the range of every spindle.
Does the NDJ-8S temperature probe control the sample temperature?
A temperature probe measures temperature; it does not by itself heat or cool the sample. Confirm the probe supplied with the instrument and the separate bath, cup or conditioning equipment required by the test method.
