Measight NDJ-9S-MAX is cataloged as an integrated rotational-viscometer configuration with a stainless-steel circulating test cup and automatic lift. The archived speed list is 0.1, 0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30 and 60 rpm. This arrangement brings sample positioning and the test cup into the instrument setup. Confirm the actual cup, spindle set and external temperature-control equipment; a circulating cup does not itself establish built-in heating or cooling.
Values apply to the stated configuration and test conditions.
| Configuration | Integrated stainless-steel circulating test cup with automatic lift |
|---|---|
| Viscosity range | 10–6,000,000 mPa·s |
| Preset speeds | 0.1, 0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, 60 |
| Spindle system | No. 1 to No. 4 included; No. 0 optional |
| Accuracy | ±2% full scale |
| Input power | AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz |
| Repeatability | ±0.5% full scale |
| Temperature measurement range | 0–99 °CRequires the optional temperature probe. Temperature measurement does not provide sample temperature control. |
The catalog configuration combines an automatic lifting mechanism with a stainless-steel water-circulating test cup. Confirm the immersion position, cup connections and external temperature-control equipment for the sample. The lift configuration does not determine the instrument viscosity range.
Compare NDJ-9S-MAX with the separate-cup NDJ-9S configuration when planning bench space and sample handling. Confirm the cup working volume, circulation fittings, lift travel and cleaning procedure rather than assuming that all standard accessories fit the integrated setup.
For a NDJ-9S-MAX quotation, provide the sample, expected viscosity and unit, test temperature, required method, sample volume and reporting needs. State the destination power supply and quantity. Ask for an itemised spindle, container, temperature-equipment and software configuration, together with the available model-specific documents.
Request a configuration quoteThe lowest catalog values may require the optional No. 0 spindle or matching low-viscosity adapter. Quote the spindle and container together, and confirm the usable range at the required speed; the overall instrument range is not the range of every spindle.
